Whatcom Falls Park is an extensive park located in the Whatcom Falls Neighborhood at 1401 Electric Avenue. There are two entrances into Whatcom Falls Park, the first at 1401 Electric Avenue which allows for access to the sports fields and upper playground. The other entrance is on Silver Beach Road off Lakeway and allows for access to picnic shelters, fish hatchery, lower playground, creek bridge and derby pond. The two picnic shelters are available to rent for the public. Whatcom Falls Park was established in 1908 as a community park. Most of the trails in this parkare rolling, gravel trails with some steep grades.
